M&L for demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing the demolished material from the site to a distance n. exc 500m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) in cement mortar (1:4) for roof treatment ,including WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing RCC roof slab top by wire brushing and cleaning the dust and forign material etc complete and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltrs/Sqm and there after laying of a layer of APP based polymenic membrane (five layered with centre core as 100microns, high molecular high density ployethlene film) minimum weighing 3.5 Kg/Sqm and reinforced with polyster non woen fabricd (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm laid on bituminous surface by press application method with 75 mm side ov erlap and 100mm end overlap the membrane has to be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neat, after taqht applying one coat of bitumen, 85/25 grade on top surface @ @ 1.20 kg/Sqm and blinded with premier dry sand @ 0.5 kg/Sqm dusted over bitumen coat, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

M&L for 25cmx25cmx22mm thick cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigment , machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, terece over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for apply two coats of Aluminium paint on roof surface,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos cement two pieces adjustable plain wing ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling wall and ceiling boards, fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F non asbestos fibre Cement board ceiling 4mm, thick in 600x600mm panel designed ceiling conforming to IS-14862 type B category three including snapgrid frame work, hold fast, suspenders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 4mm thick non AC board fixed with screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete walls in cement mortar 1:6, ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two coat of oil bound distemper including a coat of primer over 2 to 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of wall primerincluding preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15mm & 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per item 22 above but of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) of nominal bore dia 15 mm, all as specified.

Description all as per item no 24 above but of 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rotational moulded PVC water tanks of Cap 1000 Ltrs cylindrical three layered vertical white in colour with closed top hoisted and fixed in position all as spd in SSR Part incl fixing of 20mm PTMT float valve medium grade dismanteling of existing unserviceable water tanks and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rotational moulded PVC water tanks of Cap 500 Ltrs cylindrical three layered vertical white in colour with closed top hoisted and fixed in position all as spd in SSR Part incl fixing of 20mm PTMT float valve medium grade dismanteling of existing unserviceable water tanks and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks , setting side for repairing, cleaning etc and hoisting after cleaning and removing all scale & dirt etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipe etc of capacity upto and including 500 ltrs and endorsed the ward "CLEANED ON WITH DATE" with white paint including replacement of broken / unserviceable fitting such as Elbow, Tee, socket, nipple of any size etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 28 above but of capacity exc 500 ltrs and upto & includiing 1000 Ltrs and endorsed the word " CLEANED ON WITH DATE" with white paint including replaceent of broken / unserviceable fitting such as Elbow, Tee, socket, nipple of any size etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Stop valve cast copper alloy, secured down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed of size 20mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 30 above but size of 15mm bore dia .

M&L for stack clamps made out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 100/110mm bore pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends/shoe any radius fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for demolition of concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness below or G.L complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
