M&L for taking out old unserviceable cable of any size , GI pipe protection, bricks including separating serviceable bricks & set aside and removing un-serviceable bricks from position all complete as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable including taking out old bricks from trenches and separating serviceable bricks and set aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms each in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for DWC Pipe of size 110 mm dia for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed. Make : ASTRAL/FINOLEX Note : Fixing Of Dwc Pipe With Clamps On Walls/roads Deemed To Be Included In the Quoted Rate

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe upto 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A' part).

Supply, fixing and testing of heat shrink LT cable straight through jointing kit suitable for 1100 volts grade 300 to 240 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specified and as directed Make : Raychem / 3M / Denson.

Supply, fixing and testing of heat shrink LT XLPE cable indoor end termination jointing kit suitable for 1100 volts grade 240 to 300 sqmm 4/3.5 core cable complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Raychem / 3M / Denson.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations for filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable route indicators (LT) made out of Cast Iron and supported with Angle Iron Including PCC 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) cable route indicator angle will be embedded with PCC not less than size 150mm dia and 30cm in ground including earth work complete all as specified and directed.
