S&F in repairs 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings such as sockets, elbows, unions, Tees & short and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and Refixing old steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) with new fittings such as sockets, bends, Tees, elbows, unions, nipples etc.

S&F in repair 20mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings such as sockets, elbows, unions, Tees & short and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and Refixing old steel tubing of 20 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) with new fittings such as sockets, bends, Tees, elbows, unions, nipples etc.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/terrace by picking incl. taking down existing detoriated / decayed tar felt PCC tiles or any type of treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing the scraped materials debris to a distance not exc. 250 m.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles,lime terracing or cement concrete,including flashing and junction of parapet,etc,and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @1.70 kg per sqm.blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sqm and lightly tampered (area of flashing etc.shall be added to the roof area.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface (work to be executed is in Patches in different numbers of buildings) with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for roofs (- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces. (c) One layer of APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame.

M & L for applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.

Supply only integral WPC.

S&F cement concrete tiles size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick machine cut pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors and cut and polished fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces

Cutting grooves in brick wall,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed.Note :- Galvanised steel wire netting shall be measured and paid under relevent items

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster or wall tiles of any description on bricks or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on external surfaces of walls & top surfaces of chajja/roof/ceiling mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instn surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.(WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item but except brick.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over one coat of chalk whitening/primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corruga ted, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

S&F FI 40 x 6mm as in wind tie fixed with self tapping scoall as specified and directed

M&L for 2nd class hard wood in scantling, clean sawn, timber framed and fixed etc all complete.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to a common rafters, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Gde fe 410-0 or fe 250-0 etc all complete.

M&L for welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only angle Iron / MS plate / MS sheet for welding where ever required for repair work.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets including E- Grid frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F suspended false ceilingwith T- grid system of size 600 x 600mm with following specifiactions :- (i) Pre primed, self embossed, textured designer board, water resistant, termite resistant, fire resistant for insulation Calcium Silicate Boards 4mm thick (ii) GI powder coated Main Tee of size 38x24mm made out of 0.30 mm (min) thk sheet (ii) GI powder coated Cross Tee of size 24x24x0.30 mm (min) made out of 0.30 mm (min) thick sheet (iii) GI powder coated angle of size 24x24x0.30 mm (min) made out of 0.30 mm (min) thick sheet (iv) Level clip / suspension wire - 4 mm dia GI wire.
