Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long, complete all as specified and shown on drawings including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work.( d) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base. (e) Painting of poles externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block. M&L for preparation of unsurfaced WMM Surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with broom and finally fanning the surface with air compressor to remove all the dirt and dust etc. and applying a evenly priming/tack coat with bitumenous primer (Paving Bitumen VG-10 ) @ 5 Kg per Ten Sqm of Road Surface Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix Bitumenious macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient camber (Consolidated thickness 50 mm, Paving bitumen of any penetration) all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing Bitumen macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen(Paving Bitumen VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 sq metre all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick (Consolidated thickness ) bituminous premixed ashphaltic semi dense Concrete with marshal stability 1050 kg using binder (VG -30) @5.5% by weight of total mix, Mixed in automatic hot mix plant & Layed in single Layer using self propelled mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required gradient @ camber with power / tandem @ pneumatic roller to achieve a uniform smooth surface etc. complete all as specified and directed.
