Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil

Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

Providing and laying APP (Atactic PolypropylenePolymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials or any type of malba generated duringexecution of work of this agreement like silts/sludge/ earth mixmalba, C&ND waste etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge by mechanical means, including loading, transporting,unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved byEngineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads includingall lifts involved. Note: Payment under this item shall be made only after production ofauthorized MCD receipts and charges paid to MCD shall bereimbursed to the contractor separately on production of receipt ofpayment MCD charges. The malba should be removed within 48 hrs. of its generation from site to keep site clean & accident free.

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-40 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:-Minimum Cement content considered in this item is @ 390 kg/cum. Work will be executed as per design mix. No payment shall be made for excess cement used as per design mix).

With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
