Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shorting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m. dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing concrete for reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Using Cement Coarse Sand, Stone Ballast ( 40mm, 20mm and 10 mm) in the ratio 1:3:6

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in substructure as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 800,1205.4 and 1205.5

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 and 1202

(A) By Mix in Place MethodConstruction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates G-III of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg / sqm using mechanical means. As per MORD technical specification clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 503

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.
