M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregatefinished even and rough as in sub base to receive topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shed Virified Ceramic tiles 10-12 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloure cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Johnson Endura or Equivelent.

Excavation in trecnhes n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade Stone Aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC Type, B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping,benching, smooth without using extra cement for paver block on both sides of path as required including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Hard/dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade Stone Aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for coumns, hooking ends and binding with and includng mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.9 mm dia or secring with clips. (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete (in circular or curved) for walls, retaining walls , footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfacs of concrete in circular complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M 30 Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams,bands, base for columns etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M 30 Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) Walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballastwalls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pool tile of size 24.7X12.20cm of any shade and pattern as approved by GE/Engineer-in-charge an in floors/vertical surface of water retaning structure fixed with 10 mm thick screed bed / rendring in CM 1:3 complete with jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match of complete all as specified and directed. Make : johnson Endura or equivelent.

M&L 16-18 mm thick Black Granite (table rubbed and polished) in pillars fixed with suitable clip by cutting groove in granite stone and in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 CM in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated meterial n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M PORTION) Supply and laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&L well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (using old size brick) laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm dia by means of nuts/bolts and washers, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade upto 1.5 mtr below ground level for protection pipe ,excavation and earth work charcole dust, common salt PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20 mm stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, round ,PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in Plate no 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Cost of earthing strip & GI pipe 25mm up to 7.5 m shall be included in cost of above item.

M & L for cutting the existing concrete/bituminious road surface width n.exe 30 cm and making good the surface with 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair complete over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone sggregate over consolidated/rammed earth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI pipe light grade with all fitting laid in trenches and under road/floor/culverts along with pole etc 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Make : Tata/Jindal/Surya

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Bollard IP 65 rated inverted Pyramid tripod type, ensuring excellent distribution and high system lumen efficacy suitable for 10 W LED complete with junction box with terminals of size 104x104x70 mm of make hensel cat part no-KF 0404 g or equivalent including suitable PCC foundation for fixing of lights complete all as specified and directed.
