The Railway Administration has full right to cancel the order without showing any reason, whatsoever.

In case of delay to complete the work in scheduled time, 2% of the total work value will be deducted from the bill for delay of each work. Rly. authority will have full discretion to award the same work to another firm to complete the remaining work.

Taxes will be deducted as per extant rules. Old materials so replaced should be deposited to the concerned department of Ch. Metron/Dead Stock/BRSH duly certification on the challan/Bill.

The firm will be solely responsible for the payment of wages and compensation for injury or death cost to the labour employed by them for loading and removal etc. of their installation work in accordance with Govt. Laws. The Railway Administration will have nothing to do in this connection.
