M&L for vacuuming complete system of central/ package type air conditioning plant with double stage vacuum pump of (-) 2Kg/cm² vacuum pressure after repairs to compressor or repair in refrigeration system, charging the dry nitrogen gas, R-22 and hold up to 24 hrs and rectifing the leackage if any by repairing the "O" ring and gland packing of service valve/ Oil seal including top up the compressor oil and charging the gas at various plant all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. a) Central type AC Plant (Chilled water system) at Point Auditorium (30TR)

b) Package type AC Plant (5TR) at Telephone Exchange, Electo Optic Lab, Mathematics Lab, Sonar Lab.

c) Central type AC plant at Auditorium & GMW Bldg ( 2 x 20 TR)

d) Central type AC plant at MCAE Bldg ( 4 X 13 TR) Note :- Referigerant Gas R-22, Nitrogen gas and compressor oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items.Once charged the R - 22 gas it should hold in the system minimum six month, if the gas leaked from the system the contractor has to charged gas at his own cost

M&L for De- scaling the shell and tube condensor by circuilating de-scaling chemical through for 2 to 3 hours. Opening the end cover of condensor and cleaning inner tubes manually with the help of nylon / wire brush until complete scale to be removed and flush out with fresh water. Reassembling the end cover including replacement of gasket, bolts, nuts etc as required and commissioning complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. a) Central type AC Plant (Chilled water system) at Point Auditorium (30TR)

b) Package type AC Plant (upto 7.5TR) at Telephone Exchange,Electo Optic Lab,Mathematics Lab, Sonar Lab

c) Condensor of 1 x 20 TR capacity central type plant at AUDITORIUM & GMW BLDG ( 2 x 20 TR)

d) Condensor of 1 x 26 TR capacity central type plant at MCAE BLDG

Evacuation of refrigerant from complete system of central A/c plant with pump. Isolating the reciprocating compressor by loosing/ cutting nuts and bolts at suction and discharge valve opening of compressor, removing the unservicable/ damaged internal parts, cleaning, overhauling complete, replacement of wornout parts such as suction reeds, discharge reeds, safety valve, loading/ unloading mechanism, piston, rings, springs, washers, nuts and blots, gasket set, shaft seal, 'O' ring set, recharging copressor oil and refrigerant after pressure test and vaccum test. Testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge for compressor. Make - Voltas,Accel capacity - 30 TR.

All as per item No 3 here in before But Make : Accel, Model : SMC - 4 - 65, capacity : 15 Ton

Reconditioning of crank shaft retrieved from item No 4/5 by cutting / turning for under size at lathe work complete.

In the same position painting the cooling tower fan and motor checking all electric connections arresting leakages of tank and pipe line on and including changing of old deteoriorated inner filter by provision on new filter all as directed.
