CWE/CHM-116/2025-26 SPECIAL REPAIR TO PERSONNEL LINES, BLDG NO P-95 (OLD WORKSHOP LINES) AT CHANDIMANDIR MILITARY STATION FOR THE TROOPS OF COMMAND HOSPITAL (WESTERN COMMAND) CHANDIMANDIR

Material and labour for Water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composit compound coating of make as approved by GE. (a) Roughening of Surface of old concrete floor/ slab by wire brushing, sweeping, cleaning and washing down to remove all loose dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm on floor/ roof/ vertical wall surface complete. (b) 15 mm thick screed plaster on complete floor and vertical surface of RCC slab in cement mortar 1:4 in and including mixed with water proofing compound @3% by wight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement. (c) First layer of slurry of Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composit compound @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm. This following layer will be allowed to air curing for 4 hrs.

Item contd.. (d) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composit compound @ 0.126Kg/Sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 Hrs following with water curing 48 hrs. (e) 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be proivided over treatment. (f) Ponding test will be carried out for 72 hrs after completeion of Sunken Treatment.

S&Fof steel water tubes, 40mm bore medium grade galvanized as in spout for sunken floor, fixed in wall inside and fixed with wire netting and external beveled edge at 45 degree, including taking down existing steel tubing of any size froom floors, ceiling, walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:7:12, type F-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sunken filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceremic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, square/ rectangular area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed for floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300 x 450 x 7 mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 for receiving the tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic, light shade, coloured tiles with matt finish, 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15 mm thick cement and sand screed 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic, light shade, coloured tiles, 7-8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15 mm thick cement and sand screed 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base for tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick as in treads/ floors etc., over and including cement screed base 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab, 18 to 20 mm thick, as in vertical surfaces, risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of stone slab laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished in two sides) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and the like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade with rounding to edges exposed to view over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 1st quality heavy duty parking tiles of approved shade, area of each tiles exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors/ path etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 & pointed in matching coloured polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in Plinth protection, finishing even & Smooth without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6 mm thick including joints filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/ 100 grade and three part of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed Precast coloured concrete paver block of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, glossy finish on top conforming to IS 15658-2006, with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, made by table vibratary method using PU mould, over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets, waste coupling, waste pipe and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/ stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including dismantling all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (Old size bricks), straight/ curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved in plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceiling surfaces and making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer and 1.00 mm thick cement base wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of ceiling includinng scrapping down smoke, soot and efflorescent salts and treatings oil and gresy spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing removing nails making good holes cracks etc on plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
