Dismantling the Potential Transformer (PT) 33 KV Oil Cooled from installed position on steel structure after disconnecting electric supply from both sides for necessary repairs like replacement of washers, replacement of cork sheet, refilling of oil, etc after checking and make fully functional the Potential Transformer (PT) and installing in its original position and making all electric connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item. (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

M&L for taking down carefully existing serviceable switch air break, gang operated outdoor, any type of capacity 33 KV, servicing to the operating mechanism, greasing etc of all joints for smooth operation, with & including replacement of burnt male/female contact where required, re-fixing the switch air break, gang operated outdoor, testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement 12/24 Volts 10 Amps heavy duty automatic float cum booster trickle battery charger, control wiring and stand operating on 230 volt single phase 50 Hz supply by replacing unserviceable charger complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the power transformer 33 KV/11 KV oil cooled copper wound of capacity 1600 KVA to 3150 KVA from installed position on four pole/two pole/platform, after disconnecting electric supply from HV and LV sides to carry out necessary repairs as on required basis on ground, providing all insulating material like sleeves, tapes, kerb tapes, cork sheet and any lead broken both side, etc reassembling, after checking and make functional of WTI & OTI including replacement of unserviceable item (if required) as directed and installing in its original position and making all electric connections with thimbles/PG clamps, commissioning including refilling of transformer oil after dehydration with required dielectric strength (min 50 KV) and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT bushing assembly 33 KV including brass nuts and bolts but inclusive of insulation washer etc with accessories for transformer of capacity 1.6/3.15 MVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Breather assembly complete including silica gel for transformer of capacity upto 1600 KVA to 3150 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Silica Gel blue in crystal complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of distribution transformer of capacity 1600 KVA to 3150 KVA including cleaning and removing oil spots from the body and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (grey first quality of approved by GE with gun sprayer including marking of SM/MES No etc. on transformer with synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Transformer oil confirming to IS:335 (1993) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and Topup Transformer oil confirming to IS:335 (1993) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filtration / dehydration of old/existing transformer oil including topping up of transformer oil as required in the transformers of different capacity, installed at various locations with suitable capacity of filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength minimum 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule as ‘Supply only’.

Supply only Cork sheet gasket 5 mm thick superior quality of size 1m x 1m on top cover plate of the transformer capacity 1600 KVA to 3150 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement of PVC insulated screened PVC bedded, heavy duty underground electric DC Solar cable with stranded copper conductor 1500 volts grade of cross sectional area 6 sqmm single core multistranded conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along with poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/ Gloster / Finolex / Polycab

Material and labour for cutting of vegetation surrounding transformer, two poles structures, Four Pole structures at various sub stations/ E&M installation and remove to a distance, not exc 250 mtr complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, deposited, spread around the outdoor electrical installations, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : for all BoQ items, all old unserviceable valuable material retrieved from the above is deposited to AGE E/M Yard.
