Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and lifts:- G.I. Sheet roofing.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20microns over 5microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating including fixing with self drilling screws complete with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.50mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20microns over 5microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating including fixing with self drilling screws complete and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing valley 60cm overall 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing flushing 38cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20microns over 5microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in-Charges.

Providing and fixing 30cm wide 60cm overall semicircular 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets gutter with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20microns over 5microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in-Charges.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists, chanels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafter, purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Finishing roof/ BP Sheet with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated roof/ BP sheet surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
