Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc., or for shafts ,wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 1 hereinabove but depth exc 1.5m but not exc 3 m.

Returning, filling in, using excavated earth, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exc. 0.5 cum in hard dense soil getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers not exc. 25cm, removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surfaces, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers including slighty rounded or chamferd to angle and including moulding, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 grade design mix using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregete as in foundation, including rafts, footing, foundation, beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M 30 design mix using 20mm graded granite stone aggregete as in beams and coping bands etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M 30 grade design mix using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregete as in coloumn all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts, etc., for fencing, sectional area exc. 100 sqcm but n.exc. 250 sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat splayed rounded or mitred tops including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plain exc 6.0 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brocken glass coping on top of wall in cement motar 1:3 etc, complete all as spacefied and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, plinth beams rough finished surfaces and similar work vertical or to batter for flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of column fair finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular and similar work vertical or to batter, flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing, etc,. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh, etc.,), bolting or riveting, etc., and similiar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

S&F Mild Steel plain black sheet 1.25mm thick in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, and fixed to steel framing with 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred angle, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 19 hereinabove but 6mm to 8mm dia.

-Ditto- all as per item No 19 hereinabove but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections fixed independently, without connection plate, etc., (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, bars etc., complete, ornamental type all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixed to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wires, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line of wire will be measured.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on newly prepared steel surfaces over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F UPVC pipe of 110mm bore in any length for weep holes, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
