M&L for repair to Pot holes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. Cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal watering & well ramming Note : quoted rate shall be inclusive of supply of road metal

M&L for providing Premix bitumenous, macadam with using 4% paving bitumens of binder(VG-30) content of total weight of mix, mixed in computerized hot mix plant laid rolled and compacted to required gradient amd camber with the help laid by mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and then Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre by using VG-10 bitumin complete all as specified and directed.(As on required basis)

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The job design formula shall be got down from approved lab and got approval from GE before commencement of the work. 2. The rates are worked out on the basis of binder content of 5.5% of the total mix by weight. Any addition/ deduction in the actual binder content used, the rates shall be adjusted as per SI item 20073.

M&L for thermoplastic paint on black top surfaces or existing paint surfaces applied hot mixing plant of heating of thermo plastic materials to a standard temp with gas and laying standard thickness of approx 2mm, by using thermo plastic material @ 6.5 kg/sqm, and glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm including cleaning of old surfaces, complete all as spoecified.

M&L for continious With width equal to width of the brick burnt clay bricks of sub class Brick old size brick edging,with laid on dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 47,500.00
