Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil including dewatering if necessary.

2) SOLING :- Providing and laying of hand packed stone soling before laying of mud mat compacted consolidated rammed filling the voids compacting all complete carriage upto site of work all head loads complete job.

Providing, laying in position cement conc. Of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand :8 grade stone agg. 40mm nominal size.

Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified grade concrete mix, diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe workring load not less than specified, excluding the cost of reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lengh for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete icluding removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (Length of pile for payment shall be measured fro top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) By percussion drilling using diect mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tribod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete. 450mm dia piles.

Vertical load testing of piles in incordance with IS:2911 (Part-IV) including installation of loading platform by kentledge/Anchor pile method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismentalling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity. Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the safe capacity).

Routine test (Test Load 1.5 times the safe capacity).

Providing and laying in position cement conc. Of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level and above plinth level upto floor V level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in reinforcement cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level and above plinth level upto floor V level with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5) CONTROLLED CEMENT CONCRETE (M25) :- Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work,using cement content as per appeoved design mix,including pumping of concrete to site laying but excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement,including admixtures in recommended proportiond as per IS:9103 to accelerate,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix in context considered payable or recoverable seperately. All work upto plinth level and above plinth level upto floor V level.

6) FORMWORK :- Form work of steel plates not less than 3.0mm thick M.S. sheets of specified size stiffened with suitable structural frame work true to plane or Kit-ply plates of not less than 12mm thickness of specified sizes stiffened with a suitable timber frame work prop height up to desired height in foundation, plinth beams, all types of suspended floors, soffits of slabs, sloping areas, sides and soffits of beams ribs, columns posts, pedestals, up to desired heights and thickness complete including its removal for all RCC works from foundation to roof level.

BACK FILL:- Supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty)by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete

7) REINFORCING STEEL :- Providing, assembling and placing high strength deformed steel bars of Fe500 grade (conforming to IS 1786-1985) for RCC work including cost of binding wire for all levels from foundation to roof,

9) STRUCTURAL STEEL :-Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. a). Welded.

10) ANCHOR BOLTS:- P/F of 16 mm dia holding down anchor bolts 450 mm long along with nuts for holding of steel trusses / frames in roof of the building.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately)

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) of mix 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12 mm thick cement plaster on ceilings, soffits etc. in (1 cement: 4 fine sand mix). Upto floor V level complete in all respects (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc. upto site of work complete).

18mm Cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1 : 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge

Providing and fixing wood work in frames of doors, windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including SS expansion fastners for brick / concrete work in (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete Ist class Deodar wood ) as per the directions of Consultant/as per the drawings enclosed

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative / non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters : 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Granite Work in Floors :- Providing and fixing ( gang saw cut mirror polished (flamed , pre-moulded and pre-polished), machine cut for flooring, steps ,risers of stairs etc.( flamed instaircase) of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding (of edges wherever required ) and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shape 18mm thick. and slab area over 0.50 sq m. (Note: The Granite stone slab shall be cut to required size and laid to the required pattern including rounding, chamfering, bull nosing of the edges as directed. Providing and laying of ceramic glazed floor tiles 300mmx300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement motar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete. In colour such as white, Grey, Fume, Red Brown.

Prividing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of spproved make, in all colours, shades, except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the Engineer incharge in skirting, risers, of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg as per Sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer incharge 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per Sqm as per IS:277, in 240bpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 mtrs or as desired by Engineer incharge. Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 25mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 of 5% (percentage of weight of total mix) and lime filler @2% (percentage by weight of agg) prepared in batch type.
