Opening & closing of all the different dia Sluice Valves (80 rum dia to 350 mm dial on different places along the alignment of the rising main and distribution main at different places over the command area daily as and when required for regulating the supply of water and distributing' water all over the command area smoothly including changing and restoration of gland packing of sluice valve, air valve if required including opening the cap / plug of wash out point or opening the sluice valves including de-jointing flange joints (80 mm to 350 mm dial including repairing works and cleaning the pipeline or changing of gate, spindle or liner etc. of sluice valves all complete, restoration works to be done including earth work in the excavation bailing out of water, re-filling the excavated earth, taking out of RCC slab or slab cover and refaxing true to position etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of EIC. Removing sludge from septic tank, soak well etc. by methor labour including disposal of the same outside the compound as directed.

(a) Upto 20 users:- (ii) Beyond a lead of 150 metre and outside the Municipal limit

Cleaning soak pit by removing the top slab and replacing inner filling with jhama bats and repairing the pit as necessary including fitting the slab.

Cleaning, scraping and removing sediment etc. from masonry urinal or through latrine seat including cleaning with acid by methor labour.

Dismantling and refixing drain pipe including cutting trench and refillingthe same. (i) Upto 100 mm

Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin-Charge. (Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadside)

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. (b) above 150 mm. thick (2sides x 500.0 m x 0.25 m x 0.45 m)

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (2sides x 700.0 m x 0.25 m x 0.45 m)

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)
