Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and sub soils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick well consolidated depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects.

Filling in foundation and basement with M sand in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying filling sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of M sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Form work for RCC slabs of plainsurface like lintels, beams etc.,including strutting 3.00 m height using MS sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm and B.G. 10 stiffened with MS angles of 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm laid oversilver size 10 cm x 6.50 cm (spaced abot 91 cm c/c and suppored by casurina props oak joists of of 10 -13 cm diaspaced at 75 cm c/c complyingwith standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one of cement, two of M sand and four of hard broken stone) using 20mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement Fe 500D Grade steel reinforncment bars as per IS 786:1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of P sand) 12mm thick including providing band cornice, finishing smooth, proper setting, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

supplying and fixing SFRC cover slab with frame (LD ) of size 0.60m x 0.60m of approved quality over R.C.C. slab etc., complete in all respects directed by the departmental officers.
