Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, paving including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC ( 1:3:6) type C-2,using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding/path/sub base finished even and fair surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh from concrete Post/struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion in concrete brick work masonary etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L angle iron posts and struts (65x65x6mm) in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC Type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut dia meter of neck 11 to 15mm and length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required and fixed in fencing confirming to Fe 410-W or Fe 290 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in hand rails , half round or other section, balusters running bars, nosing to steps, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes , noching for wire , flat iron fillets for securing wiremesh etc., incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc & similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work incl doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging with and including hooks and hinges, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 CM in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks ,exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 type C1 in PCC 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggragate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4, and making surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L chequred cement concrete tiles 30 cm x30 cm x 20 mm thick set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 grade fixed with grey cement and no pigments over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type B0 in PCC 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs,mud stops ,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old rusted surcafes of chain link fencing of any description and in any position and applying two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of site clerance of obstructed bushes and grass of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Drains not exceeding 750mm wide with cleaning rod and binding wire and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge/debris all as specified and directed. Note: The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land to a distance exc 1.50km and upto 5.0km duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete & reinforced (reinforce-ment cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast drain cover slab set in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified and as directed. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary formwork.
