Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of plastered walls and applying two coat of 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in irregular shaped camafluge type/pattern with different tint (as approved by GE) over and including a coat of primer over and including a coat of 1.5 mm thick white wall care putty (premium quality) over plastered surfaces of walls to prepare the surface even and smooth, at any height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed

Taking down and refixing the aluminium/copper earthing strips in same position with and including all new fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching at junction of roof and parapet wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete to maintain slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 (to be laid when concrete is still green) with water proofing compound for roof as per Manu-factuerer’s Instructions, complete including ponding test for 72 Hrs all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying one coat of Cold Bituminous primer for use in waterproofing and damp-proofing treatments @ 0.25 Lit/Sqm confirming to IS:3384-1986

Providing and laying APP based polymeric membrane with mineral top finish weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm and minimum 3.0 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven febric( weight not less than 160 gms/sqm) laid by torch application method over bituminous surface & overlap shall be minimum 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality.

Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware ,AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortor.

M&L 150mm bore,HDPE double wall corrugated(DWC) SN-8 PIPE (HDPE Black Pipe) WITH COUPLER Conforming to IS:16098 Part-II:2013 sewage pipes laid in trenches and jointed as per manufacturer,s instruction with and including all fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for concrete bed to DWR pipes of internal diameter 150 mm, in cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including forming cradles complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exec 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials exc 1.5km but n. exc 5km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling sand (fine) in and including HDPE bags not less than 40 Kg in each bag including stitching and placing all around the sand pit complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading the sand and saw dust duly mixed in 1:1 ratio including raising height not exceeding 5.0 mtr from ground level complete including taking out existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of leaves, mud cake / sludge and any other foreign material from SWT (of size 100KL to 135KL) including pumping out water and drying the tank. Wire brushing and cleaning the surfaces of walls and floor and application of two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning of sewage line of dia/bore 150 mm in sewer line system using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing blockage if any complete all as specified and as directed. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of shrubs, grass small roots etc. around the Manholes, Inspection chamber etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account).(Depth of manhole n.exc 1.50 Mtr)

All as per BOQ Item No 57.00 here-in-before, but manhole of depth exc.1.50 Mtr but n.exc 3.00 Mtr

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning/ desludging of septic tank/ soak well/manholes of any capacity using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing the sludge and solid contents in covered container outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of shrubs, grass small roots etc. around the Manholes, Inspection chamber etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account and .measurement shall be taken after allowing initial percolation of sludge water and only dried sludge shall be measured )

Cleaning blockages from Nahani trap/Gully trap/water closet/WHB/sink by Roding etc and cleaning the sludge/soil pipe by removing the acess door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning, pouring water until smooth flow and from NT taking up and refixing the grating in CM (1:3) including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow, complete all as directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured seperately.
