Outsourcing of services for electric supply installations 11/0.433 KV sub Station & stand by diesel Generator Sets comprising of transformer, AMF panels, APFC panels, HT VCBs, ACBs, LT Panels/FP Boxes, LT/HT UG Cables, lightning Arrestor, Earthing,metering equipments & batteries etc including routine maintenance, cleaning of equipments, Maintaining of daily records of electric supply and log books of DG sets with all parameters with stationery and including atending of electrical break downs and electrical repairs as directed with necessary expendable items and providing all types of tools and clamp meter, IR/ER tester, Earth rod, Hand Gloves, ladders etc and adopting necessary safety precautions in attending break downs, and electrical repairs, switching on/off street lights, top up of fuel as provided/stored by department and cleaning of equipments and surrounding area of installations in neat and presentable position by deploying Electrician (ITI Holder) - 01 in each shift of 08 hours duration required in two shifts in a day in all the days including sundays and holidays with arrangement of reliever duty at NAE Santacruz comprising of following shifts complete all as specified and directed :- Shift Timings (a) First Shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (b) Second Shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (c) Third Shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs NOTE : Arrangement for deposition of necessary documents for issue of passes from MIAL/CASF/GVK authority for the trademen will be contractor's responsibility in consultation with MES/ users.

Overhauling and servicing through agency authorised by OEM of HT VCB, 11 KV, 800 Amps of make Siemens installed at NAE Santacruz including cleaning of all VCB contacts with CT's and replacement of minor parts such as Gaskets, washers, panel heater, indicator bulbs and carry out any other repairs required at site to make the VCB fully functional, complete all as specified and directed.

Caliberation of relays of HT VCB by secondary and primary injection, replacement of defective operating handles, checking of under voltage, over current relays and replacement of UNSV parts of master relays complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of step down outdoor/indoor transformer 500 KVA 11/0.433 KV by disconnecting HT/LT terminals, decanning transformer oil, removing sludge, cleaning of HT /LT bushings to remove dust particles /dirt etc, cleaning the core and winding with compressed air including replacement of copper washers, rubber bushes of HT/LT bushings, replacement of cork sheet of 6 mm thick suitable for transformer top cover, terminal boxes, reassembling refilling the transformer oil after filteration and dehydration and toping up with new transformer oil, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of painted surfaces of transformer and testing and recommissioning on load etc, complete for the transformers of following rating (Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil, supply only transformer oil for topping up, supply only of HT & LT bushings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Repairs and overhauling of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) 3/4 pole, 415 Volt, upto 800 Amp with thermal magnetic release by replacement of worn out parts and cleaning the complete ACB and testing the same after repair for smooth functioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated travelling (EOT) crane of 05 MT, Span -46.60 mtr, SWL-5000 Kgs capacity, floor operated comprising of hoist motor, micro motor, long travel motor, cross travel motor, gear box, control panel and other connected accessories installed at NAE Santacruz

To carry out load Test of 5 MT Crane as per Manufacturer norms and provide a load test certificate by manufacturer all as specified.

Note:- (i) The contractor shall procure the above materials either directly from the manufacturer (s) or their authorised dealers only and shall produce the original purchase vouchers alongwith original manufacturer's test certificates and other authenticated documents in compliance of the provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as specified above, in relevant IS and as directed by the GE shall be got done by the contractor. Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (ii) Any additional quantity of Earth Enhancing Compound in case required to obtain the desired results, the same also be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. and quoted rates of above item shall be deemed to included the above element also.
