Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling Quarry Dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) with 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation including consolidation and dewatering for foundation wherever necessary etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement Filling well graval in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated including watering complying with std. Specification etc, complete.

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plain surface such as RCC boxing side slab, and similar, RCC slabs with all cross bracings etc., complete in all floors of any height (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid. ( vertical Portion only )

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plinth beam with all cross bracings etc., Complete : (RCC Column footing plinth beam and lintel side) using steel plate and angles, S.I. No. 155 - 10 M2

Supplying and erecting Steel centering for size and softest support for plain surface such as reinforced cement slap rectangular beams tee or L beams lintels bed blocks stair and landing slap landing beams, beams canopy etc., comp. in all any height (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). Supplying fabricating and placing in position of MS grills for reinforcement rate including the cost of steel for all works (the rate to include cost of binding wire also)

Dadooring the sides of wall with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over abase layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid with out any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications

Weathering Course concrete with broken brick jelly of 20mm gauge in pure slacked lime over roof slab including laying consolidating finishing etc., complete.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of pressed tiles of size 230 x 230mm laid in CM 1:3 12mm thick, mixed with water proofing compound and pointing with the same mortar mixed with red oxide etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m.

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS Doors with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.(1.00m x2.00 m)

Supply and fixing of PVC solid doors using 19gauge 19mm MS.Sq tubes for styles and frames, 15mm MS Sq.tubes for to, Lock and bottom rails, The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm fixed in position including furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The over complete as per standard specification. Paving the floor with design Anti skirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305mmx305mmx6mm in all floors over abase layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement Colour

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580X440mm, white glazed earthenware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556-PartXII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes / PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concretero of / floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition with out leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
