PART (A) - OVERHAULING OF 1000 GPH PRESSURE FILTER

Taking out old existing filter media and providing new media by layers as per existing with a details of filter media given below including transportation charges (a) Sand 150 cft (1/4"-1/8") (b) Gravel 40 cft (1/4"-1/8") © Gravel 35 cft (1/2"-1/4") (d) Gravel 35 cft (3/4"-1/2")

Alkathene strainer of 10 mm on MS bed support on the under drain system after removal of existing strainer.

Overhauling of the plate such as charging of damaged wall plate, welding of weak portion of wall of strainer plate, providing support and repair of all inside fittings. Painting of filter shell for inside with asphalting black paint and on the outside with enamel paint with all relevant work and making the plant right for good work & making the plant right work for giving good water as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of liquid chlorine dozer etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of liquid alum dozer etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pressure gauge etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately). 100 mm diameter. Class II.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work. 80 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work. 25 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end). 25 mm nominal bore.

PART (B) - REPAIR OF SHED AND DISMANTLING OF OLD STRUCTURE

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with Fly ash bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complet 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

White washing with lime to give an even shade Old work (two or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work.

Supply of following material including all lead and stacking etc. complete Crusher stone dust

Spreading moorum/sand/stone dust to the required level/gradient excluding watering, rolling and cost of material as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge….In cement mortar

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of : G.S. Sheet

PART (C) - SURFACE DRESSING AND WATER TANK CLEANING

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305

Supply of following material including all lead and stacking etc. complete Sand/Shingle/Kanker/Laterite Sand

Spreading moorum/sand/stone dust to the required level/gradient excluding watering, rolling and cost of material as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Carriage of materials By mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking with a lead upto 1.0 KM…..Sand, stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size
