DESCRIPTION OF WORK :-

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30mtrs. distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of grenular sub base by providing well graded (Gr. 1) materials, speading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD clause 401.1 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery, charges & including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Fine Sand : 8 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. In foundation and floors.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. In foundation and floors.

MS (for steel of plain) in plain work such RCC or RB work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend books, and authorized overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.

Construction of Podium with brick work and plaster in 1:4 Cement mortar for enogration with black granite stone 2'×2.5' including engraving of proper language all complete.
