Taking down carefully existing copper /aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete from surface wiring or from concealed wiring including fittings and fixtures such as switches ceiling roses socket, regulator etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match with the existing surface/ finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS-694 and marked, with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size with all accessories in walls, ceilings etc., including 1.5 sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, copper cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., and connected to existing DB all as specified and as directed for one light/fan/bell or one socket outlet 3 pin 5 amps controlled by one one way switch.

All as per item No.2 here-in-before but for 3 pin 15 Amps switch socket outlet on independent board with 2.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade copper cable and provision of 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly connecting up to fittings complete.
