Supplying and fixing of following items/parts in Uniflaire make 7TR Package A/c unit i/c dismantling of defective parts, cutting, brazing, connection etc. complete as reqd. a) Expansion Valve (M/s Danfoss or SS Make)
b)Refrigerant Dryer (M/s Legnago Verona Italy or SS make)
Supply and Fixing of scroll type Hermetic sealed compressor suitable for operation on 220 V, 50 Hz i/c welding, brazing, making electric connection etc. complete as reqd.(M/s Danfoss make, Model No. HCM 109 T4LC6 or S.S make) (Note-Old compressor shall be property of contractor and quote rates acordingly.)
Leakage test by Nitrogen pressure testing of existing 7.0TR AC Package units i/c hold the pressure for 48 hrs and checking all leak points and to be removed by help of gas welding etc as reqd.
Charging of R-407 Refrigerant gas in the existing 7.0 TR Uniflaire make Air Cooled high precision Package AC units etc. complete as required.
Supply & Installation of vibration eliminator in the suction lines of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems for absorb compressor vibration i/c cutting, brazing, connection etc. complete as reqd. (Size : 1-1/8 inch M/s Henry / S.S make)
Repairing of AC Coil for existing 7.0TR AC Package units i/c dismantling of complete coil, testing, checking all leak points and to be removed by help of gas welding/breezing & reinstallation of coil etc. Complete as reqd.
Supply and Fixing of AC Coil unit suitable for Uniflaire make 7TR Package A/c unit i/c dismantling of defective coil, cutting, brazing, connection etc. complete as reqd. (Note-Old Coil shall be property of contractor and quote rates acordingly.)
Dismantling and shifting the HPAC units for disconnecting and taking out the cooling coil after cutting, brazing with flame etc. and thereafter checking the leakage of coil by putting the coil in pressure with nitrogen gas and dipping in water and exploring the leakage etc. complete as required
