Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI) of nominal diameter (DN) 300 mm, pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329:2000 and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint(rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches of following sizes complete all as specified.MAKE:JINDAL/TATA/ELECTROSTEEL Notes: (i) D.I. fittings and excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. M & L for construction of valve chamber of size 1500 x 1500 x 1500 mm (Internal) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 (Type D2), 15cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with 10mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 above Ground Level, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40 x 40 x 3 mm MS angles complete with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all metal works & two coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chambers etc complete all as shown on drg as specified and directed.
