Erection of RCC/PCC pole of following length in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and re-filling etc. as required : Above 11.0 metre and upto 13.0 metre.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm × 40 mm × 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for pole line clamps etc (as per drawing) and painting with finished paint as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm × 600 mm × 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/coke and salt) as required.

Supplying of aluminium decorative conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long copper tube, having single prong at top with base plate and G.I. base plate including painting with copper paint etc as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm × 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm × 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying of iron clamps of galvanised ‘D’ iron complete with shackle insulator (75 mm × 90 mm), G.I. bolts, nuts and washers, coach screw etc. as required.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work. Quantity: Thirty-Two Point Five (32.5) square metre

Transporting of pole (Unit store to site place).

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/RCC/PCC/steel tubular/rail pole etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc. as required. (Volume of pole/pipe not to be deducted).
