Removal of Existing Damaged A.C.Sheet without timber including Labour and Conveyance Charges Etc.,

Dismantling the Existing Damaged Brick or stone in cement mortar walls under 3 mtr height including Labour and Conveyance Charges Etc.,

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and Eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and filling with well gravel layer by layer including watering, Ramping etc complete

Supply and fabrication of R.T.S. rods in various dia including cutting bending placing in position and tying etc.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five sand) using II class table molded bricks chamber burnt bricks of size 9" X 4 1/2" X 3" for the following including curing etc., completed.
