Similar type of experience in supplying Safety Equipments atleast for an amount of Rs. 4,58,000 to Government organization or Government Institutions or Public sector Units (PSU)from atleast last 3 years (relevant documents should be furnished).The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design.

The bidder should have valid Trade licence (relevant documents should be furnished).

The bidder should have valid GST registration (relevant documents should be furnished).

Authorized manufacturer or a representative/dealer of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided, The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC.) from reputed Brand.

Liquid assets and / or Liquid assets and /or of credit facilities of Rs. 1.72 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit / certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement. Credit lines/Letter of credit/Bankers certificate proof older than 6 months will not be considered.

Financial turnover of the tenderer or firm should have the financial turn over of 5.71 Lakh from last three financial years. CA certificate of turn over from last 3 years i.e, year 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 with UDIN Number.

No Black list certificate should be submitted for this particular bid mentioning bid number in stamp paper. Note: Old no black list certificate and certificate on letter head shall not be considered.
