M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, of size 450mmx300 mm and 7mm thick, as in skirting, dado set and jointed with neat cement slurry over and including & Rendering 10 mm thick on wall and the like to receive tile in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joint free non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including & screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick (average thickness) for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick average thickness for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10-12mm thick 1st class softwood wooden (Australian) panelling fixed with tounged and grouted a wall panelling and including fillets/cornices and 9mm ply wood fixing on wall and two coats of varnishing polishing and including prerparation with sneezing, complete all as specifiedf and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick epoxy flooring/coving with approx 6kg/sqm, forming minimum 3 mm thickness over scratch coat and finishing it, It shall have compressive strength of more than 45 mpa and flexure strength of 15 mpa and having shore hardness of 70 after 7 days and temperature withstanding ability of -15 to 60 degree C , Complete all as per Manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 6mm thick non Asbestos fibre cement/pre laminated self embossed texture designer board E-Board classic 595mmx595mm, HSPC (high pressure steam cured) to be fixed or inserted to pre laminated GI frame work for sealmess ceiling size 600mmx600mm with main runner 38x24x0.9mm thick, cross tee 8.6x0.9mm and wall angle 19mmx19x0.9mm duly suspended with 2mm dia GI wire hangers 1200mm centre to centre bothe ways fixed with steel dash fasternes or from purlin from the roof with alignment clip, including dismantling of existing false ceiling of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti-microbial & mold resistant fiberglass false ceiling 9.5(+/- 0.2)mm thick complying with relevant IS Standard width (mm) 595 (+/-0.2) & Length (mm) 595 (+/-0.2) square edge white with more than 80% light reflectance and Humidity resistance -70% to -90%. Face side laminated with biocide treated white PVC lamination & Rear side laminated with 12 micron metalized polyester film with antifungal & antimicrobial properties. Surface shall be smooth, wipeable suitable for health care & hygienic applictaions to be fixed to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross of size 15x 32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600mmx 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 2mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners and Lshape level adjuster of size 85mmx25mmx2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24mmx 24mmx0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for brickwork with old sized subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 etc including demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing grouting in tiles carefully with cutter / grinder & refilling the same gaps with white cement/ epoxy & cleaning the surface to get a smooth finished look upto the satisfaction of Engr - in - charge, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old sized subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.
