Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for cement plaster 20 mm thick in two coats (15+5) thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4, both coat mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions, surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar (including taking out roots/ vegetation if any), disposal of debris, etc outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B old size bricks and of class designation 35 (Minimum compressive strength 35 Kg/Sqcm) , straight or curved on plan exc. 6metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4 % concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut /injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and spraying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4 % concentration diluted with ltr of water) and removing the plant /vegetation including penetrated roots complete including necessary scaffolding etc for plants /vegetation complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections with all fittings fixed to walls /ceiling/laid in floor

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections with all fittings fixed to walls /ceiling/laid in floor

Disconnecting existing tanks, Capacity in litres exc. 1000& n. exc.2000 litres setting aside (or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position . Cleaning repairing, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, double layered (ISI marked) of 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connecting the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, double layered (ISI marked) of 2000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connecting the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Ball brass valves for 20mm dia pipe, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 160 mm bore UPVC rain water pipe type 'A', single socketed, (ISI Marked) in any length with and including ruber ring joints, complete fixed to wall with necessary stay clamps etc and also including taking down existing RWP of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 160 mm bore UPVC (SWR) Bends/Shoes with and including rubber ring joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm. (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%.

Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 300x300X20mm thick (with grey cement and no pigment), set in neat cement slurry laid over terrace and roofs etc including provision of 15mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound, tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM 1:3 (in separate process) mixed with integral water proofing compound etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane over roof, complete all as specifiedand directed.

Removing / taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retrieved debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC in the proportion as recommanded by the manufacturer(s), over top of roof surfaces and parapet wall etc, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed Note: WPC shall be measured and paid as "supply only" separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for cutting out cracks to v-section in existing parapet walls/colums over RCC roofs or terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1.1(by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness exceeding 40mm but not exceeding 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' [Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (EPCO KP-100) / BASF (MasterProtect®8000Cl)] on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Polymer Bonding Agent of Make M/s. Krishna Conchem (MONOBOND) OR Fosroc (NITOBOND-SBR) OR equivalent brand of Dr. Fixit,as approved by the GE followed by flexible polymer based putty ( 1cement: 1.2 finesand :20% polymer by weight of cement : water as required ) on cracks after cutting the cracks to a 'V' shaped groove upto 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep in structural RCC members , finished with spatula etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit, exceeding 20mm thick and not exceeding 40mm thick in two layers, each of equal thickness including levelling, profilling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of acrylic paint over one coat of primer including preparation of cement plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of MS works of any description such as ,ladders,gates work,grating etc, including necessary straightening of bends complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250)quality-A complete complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description, not other wise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 48250.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
