Replacement of Transformer Marshalling box of Generator Transformer-1&2 at VUGPH

The Bidder shall be a regular contractor/authorized agency/firm that has carried out at least one work related to Marshalling box/Control panel/Manufacturer of Transformer in Govt.organizations /Public Sector undertaking/Reputed organizations in the preceding 5 financial years in any industry/utility in India. In proof, bidder shall furnish work order copy of a single work carried out by the bidder of value not less than Rs.3.30 Lakh (Excl of GST) and satisfactory performance/Work done certificate issued from the competent authority. Work done of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year. (For the period 2021-22(50%), 2022-23(40%), 2023-24(30%),2024-25(20%), and 2025-26(10%)).

The intending bidder shall have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs.6.60 Lakh in any two financial years in the preceding five com-pleted financial year. In proof, Annual Report / Turn-Over Certificates/profit and loss statement duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished. Finan-cial turnover of previous year shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year (i.e., 2021-22(50%), 2022-23(40%), 2023-24(30%), 2024-25(20%), and 2025-26(10%)).
