Replacement of Pumpset by carrying out following works :-Dismantling of existing old Pump-sets from the M.S base frame and valves, Bends, pipes etc. of both side (suction & delivery side) & taking out all the equipments from the base frame/foundation and fixing of dead flanges in suction line by welding etc. by taking all precautions such as removing the electric connection from the LT Panel, etc. as per site requirement.

Supply of horizontal Non-clog Sewage Solid handling Pump of head : 12-15 Mtrs, Discharge :280 m3/hr (approx.) or above, 1450 RPM, impeller & Neckring (CI), Casing (CI), SS Shaft & Sleeve in standard fitting condition with suitable bearings and other parts coupled with 3-phase TEFC, IE2 sq. cage AC motor of 40 HP capacity with 1450 RPM. Make of Pump :- Kirloskar/M&P/ DJB approved makes Make of Motor :- CG/ABB/Siemens/DJB approved makes

Supply of nuts bolts and washers as per site requirement

Supply of neoprene packing as per site requirement.

Modification/alteration in existing MS Base Frame to fix the new pump-set, made from MS Chanel cross support and also fixing with MS vertical support U channel the foundation bolt to absorb the vibration and 4nos drilling as per existing site required to make the foundation to fix the new pump-set i/c minor civil work as required to complete the job.

Installation and fixing of the New pump-sets on the existing modified base frame including couple the pump and motor with new tyre as required, jointing the pump with existing suction/ delivery line. Fixing of existing Valves of Suction & delivery sides, with the help of nut & bolts, packing, etc. as required to complete the job. The job also include the laying of existing cable, making connection the motor from starter/panel etc. i/c watch and ward, cartage , loading and unloading taking all safety precaution arrangement, all tools and tackles. The work including testing and commissioning all E&M equipment i/c pump and motor at no load and full load.

Replacement of lighting system by carrying out following works :-Supply of 90 watt energy saving & environmental friendly long life Versatile Pressure die cast aluminium housing LED Street light luminaries complete fittings. Make :-Philips/ Havells/Bajaj/ Crompton/DJB approved makes

Supply of 4X16 sq. mm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminium armoured conductor cable. Make :-Grandley/Gloster/Havells/CCI/ICC/Universal/DJB approved makes.

Fixing of LED flood light 90 watt fitting on roof of SPS Pump house with the help of MS bracket, drilling on wall & clamping, making connection with 1.5 sq. mm copper conductor wire upto 90 watt LED light, etc as per site requirement. Work i/c arranging all tools & tackles required to complete the job and clamping the 4x16 sq. mm Aluminium armoured cable on the roof wall by taking all safety measures.

Fixing of LED flood light 90 watt fitting on the shed vertical MS pipe where Pump-sets installed by welding the MS bracket on existing MS structure(vertical pipes), clamping, making connection with 1.5 sq. mm copper conductor wire upto 90 watt LED light, clamping of 4x16 sq. mm Aluminium armoured cable on shed structure, etc, i/c all T&P items and other hardware items required to complete the Job.
