Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate pannel for floor, path and hardstanding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even smooth with broom finished w/o using extra cement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate panel for floor, path and hardstanding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick wearproof topping using metallic floor hardner as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified (incorporating an approved metalic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings and path, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note Metallic hardner and glass strips are measured and paid seperately).

Supply only Metallic floor hardener complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 22 mm wide and 3 mm thick glass dividing strips as laid in floor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1white cement :1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping and taking down old grit plaster complete all as specified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.(payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Note:- Top layer of shade be of white cement using colouring pigment & stone chipping of desired colour as approved.

M&L Chequered Cement concrete tiles 300x300x20mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments in any colour machine preassed glazed,over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. completed all as specified and as directed

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 completed all as specified and as directed

All as item No 13 here in before but using old serviceable bricks retrieved from dismantling.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick walls or on concrete surfaces including racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement motar 1:3 on ceiling like chhaja, roof projection facia etc on concrete surfaces, finished fair & even without using extra cement completed all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing of new plastered surface of walls, applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004 Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied & .90 ltre/10 Sqm as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note- work will be strictly executed by mechanised means/tools as required for smart periodical services)

M&L complete removal of existing treatment plastered surfaces of walls and corneces and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of priming paint plster coat in camouflage pattern all as specified and directed by Engneer-in-charge.

M&L for prepraing new surface of plaster on wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for prepraing old surface of plaster, washing rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces on wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for prepraing new surface of plaster on ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for prepraing old surface of plaster, washing rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces on ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof tretment including padding/cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and dremoval outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed Note- Taking down earthng strips from roof and re-fixing on the same position after APP laying is deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor

M&L for Cutting out cracks 'V' section on existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate ) as in padding of floors/ roof surface finished even and smoot surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions, @ 0.5 % by weight of cement on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment on roof and vertical surface consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/ sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing liquid compoundcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

M&L for applying one coat Bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : PLASCON/PLASCON or equivalent.

Taking down mild steel door shutter exc 4 Sqm n exc 15 Sqm each taking down exc exc hole fast and fixed new hole fast in PCC 1:1/2:3 with hardener (DR FIXIT, CICO, FOSROC) and wellding with column reinforcement and other and two door shutter including all necessary scaffolding and mechanicla arangement all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided completed all as specified and as directed

S&F for MS framed work such as grills, grating, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, welded or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron door; ladders; framed baluster; walk ways; railing; framed work of water tank, for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A with riveted bolt or welded etc as in duct cover & similar work completed all as specified and directed

S&F 1.25mm mild steel, plain black sheet hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; waters tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required and directed.

S&F 0.80 mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates, chulla hoods over hanging drain and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 2 sqm n exc 12 Sqm each without taking of shutter from the frame all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any discription exc 2.0 Sqm n exc 12 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of aluminium partition wall of any size with frame including glass and associries etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F polyester powder coated aluminium frame/chowkhat for door shutter of section 101.0x44.4 mm of gauge 16 fixed in brick masonery or conrcrete work by necessary drilling and rawl plug aggangement etc incl polyester powder coated aluminium door shutter top rail and middle rail of section 85x44.4 of 16 gauge and bottom rail of section 150x44.4 mm 16 gauge (all section of such type having arrangement for fixing glass/ prelaminated board on one or both sides as required) incl aluminium powder coated fittings such as handle (2 Nos each shutter), 300 mm long tower bolt, 250 mm locks (mortise type lock) glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screw, hinges type B-21 150mm long (4 Nos each shutter) etc and one door stopper two legged with each leaf (shutter) complete (Glass and prelaminated board/ DG grill to be measured separately under appropriate item of sch A) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make of aluminium section shall be hindalco/Jindal and equivalent).

S&F anodised aluminium glazed wall partition with anodised aluminium frame of section 83x44x 2mm including with all necessary suitable screw, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading complete all as specified and directed. ( Sizes of each panel of partition - approx 0.9mx0.60m)

M&L for 5 mm thick aluminium composite sheet, exterior grade fixed betdween aluminium section with and including snap fitting aluminium clips of polyster powder coated alongwith rubber fgasket, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L, for 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, pre-laminated on both side with decorative choice laminations fixed between aluminium section with and including snap fitting aluminium clips of polyester powder coated along with the glass with rubber gasket, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 30mm thick factory made flush door shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F butt hinges medium weight MS cold rolled 100mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt to extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated wood surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth applying a coat of pink primer over two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old wood surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over applying two coat synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Preparation old painted steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coat synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel/allmn frame glazed with putty or fixed with wooden /almn beads etc.completed all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 4 mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality,in squares n exc 0.5 sq m each pane fixed to aluminium frame with rubber gasket or fixed with glass putty as required etc completed all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type cranked hook bolts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L asbestos cement 6mm thick in two pieces adjustable plain ridge fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrougated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tansile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/glading to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 8 to 10mm thick densified reqular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles size 600x600mm including main 'T' runner of size 24x38mm made from 0.33 mm sheet hot deep galvanized steel section making good existing frame without disterbing the other false ceiling with all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 8 to 10mm thick densifed regular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles size 600x600mm without disterbing the other false ceiling and making good existing frame with all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 75 mm thick type C2, 1:3:6 using (20 mm graded aggregate ) as in plinth protection path finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC ( SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor complete as specified including flat iron clamps 25x3mm complete all as specified including taking out old damaged PVC rain water pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.65 but for 75 mm bore -ditto-.

S&F PVC ( SWR) bends of any radius for 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC ( SWR) reducers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutter of size exc 3.00 Sqm and n exc 12 sqm and refixing the same after greasing of MS spring and side guide making and functional after overhaling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Supply of material to be measured seperately)

Supply only MS pipe medium grade of dia upto 40 mm including cutting and fixing, drilling, welding for rolling shutter all as directed

Supply only spring of high carbon spring 30mm dia drilling, welding for rolling shutter all as directed

Supply only steel rolling shutter strips made out of 1.25mm MS sheet including and reavting including one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enmail paint all as directed Engr-in-Charg.

Supply only safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F in repair Mild Steel 1.25 mm rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated,complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5 Km and not exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The amount of Rs 70,250/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 141 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
