Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads,spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, from approved query spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggregates from approved query to Wet mix macadam specification I/c premixing the material with the water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in Sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying of 1% OPC cement and 3.5% emulsion in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. Per Sqm. On the prepared bitumesious/granular surface.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loame, clay or sand including lift upto 1.50 in & lead upto 30 m Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches. Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge stone gritt. Approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 insluding supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for poper completion of the work. S.I. 280 (For Drain)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved srone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (1Cement: 6 aggregate) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 S.I. Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforeed concretc or reinforeed brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of ass steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks.
