Supply and fixing modern suspended type LED fitting 20 W 4 '(feet) long with extruded aluminium housing and robust construction with electronic driver, suitable for 240 volts AC input, and prewired with copper wire to be connected with the ceiling rose complete hanging/fixing arrangement with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of building security light LED aesthetically designed IP 65 protection complied to IEC 60598 and IS 10322 high power LED cool white, with integral driver, 35 Watt power consumption pressure die cast aluminium body including reduced glare impact resistant polycarbonate cover prewired complete with light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm OD, 1.2 mtrs long bent to shape fixed with two set of clamps nut bolts washer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep air delivery 210 CFM single phase 230 V 50 Hz , white in colour copper wound including condensor, connector, canopy, down rod, clamps, etc. complete with all acessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with suitable size of flexible 3 core stranded copper conductor cable complete as per BEE standard ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (concealed) for socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium grade conduit 20 mm dia size including cutting chases for conduits, sinking for boxes for concealed conduit wing with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable with flush type metal boxes modular type suitable for fixing modular switches, sockets,fan regulator etc. with white colour cover plate with brass screw and including PVC insulated unsheated multi stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm as an earth wire connected to common earth and dolly as per IS specification complete all as specified and as directed ( Rates shall be deemed to be including mounting concealed boxes and modular cover plates of suitable module)

Note : 2 runs of 4 Sq.mm & 1 run of 4 Sq.mm and one run of 25 mm dia PVC Conduit will be measured as one unit

Cutting of PCC/hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of GI/CI pipeline all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply installation, commissioning and testing of11 KV VCB panel indoor type, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof , locking arrangement duly powder coated totally enclosed free standing floor mounting type, compartment based with truck mounted vacuum circuit breaker spring operated electrically and manually charged operating mechanism suitable for horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type VCBs with copper bus bars, back entry type complete VCB panel confirming to IS and IP 4X class of protection comprising necessary bus-bars connections and following protective and control devices as specified below. The VCBs shall be tested for High voltage test, Primary injection test and Secondary injection test individually at site after erection before commissioning and the rate for the same is deemed to be to included in the quoted rate.

(III) Bus coupler Vacuum Circuit Breaker 630A, HT, 11KV three phase, AC supply, 350MVA ,18.3KA breaking capacity, short circuit ratings 1 second, complete:- without any protection and metering-02No Note : Both the buscoupler should be electrical and mechanical interlocked so as to avoid turning on of both VCBs simultaneously VCB PANEL SHOULD COMPRISE OF THE FOLLOWING FEATURES :- (a) Push buttons for accepting faults and reset. (b) VCB shall be drawout type and their should be provision of extendable. (c) Whole scheme shall be as per schematic line diagram arranged by the contractor from manufracture and shall be approved by the GE before executed. (d) Unit rate shall included the cost of danger notice baord, 11KV grade 25 cm CRCA ISI Marked, 11 KV grade, chequred type rubber mat 1 meter width and length equivalent to the width of the panel, Two sets of operating and maintenence manual, spares list, periodical mainenance chart / manual, lay out of panel / wiring shall be included in the rate quoted, (e) Cost of any civil work required to install the panels shall be deemed to be included in the rate of panel

11 KV VCB panel Stand alone indoor type, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof , locking arrangement duly powder coated totally enclosed free standing floor mounting type, compartment based with truck mounted vacuum circuit breaker spring operated electrically and manually charged operating mechanism suitable for horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type VCBs with copper bus bars, back entry type complete VCB panel confirming to IS and IP 4X class of protection comprising necessary bus-bars connections and following protective and control devices as specified below. Supply installation, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder Panel board Indoor type with IP 55 protection , cubical shape, asthetically , designed factory fabricated CPRI approved firm, , outer body made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and inner body with 2mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening , dust & vermin proof, provision for ventilation incuding bus bar chamber for three phase and neutral , continuous GI Strip earth bus bar , panel confirming to IS 8623 rust proof , power coating with pure polyester powder coated 0.70 microns , as per IS-13871, 1993. Complete panel mounted on base frame made out from MC Channel of suitable size with four legs 4 feet height made out from angle iron of suitable size fixed with PCC 1:3:6 , 40mm graded aggregate type C2 and coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate and embedded 15cm deep in PCC foundation , grouting properly and panel of suitable size to accomodate the items mentioned below

and having separate compartment/chamber for electric switch gear, bus bar & cable alley etc, including all incoming and outgoing electrical cable connection with proper lugs and glands complete all as specified and comprising with the following : - (a) Copper bus bar for extension of incoming and outgoing termination duly insulated with heat shrinkable colour coding sleeves TPN of capacity 1250 Amp for three phase & 625 Amp for neutral. Bus bar fixed in bus bar chamber on fibre /porcelean insulator of appropriate size, complete with nuts , bolts and washer . (b) ACB draws out type of cap 1250Amps , 50 KA 4 Pole with in built CTS and array for manual spring charging mechanism , IP 54 with manual and electrically operated protection thermal magnetic (DN-1) and Microprocessor release in built thermal memories self diagnostic protection release confirm to EMI/EMC standard mechanically interlock and confirming to IEC - 60947-2 complete - 01 No for incoming. (c) Complete control panel wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS, multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm for volt meter , amp meter , frequency meter and indicating lamp for phase indication of ON/OFF indication complete.
