Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation, laying of DI/CI/GI pipe etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches pipe ductile Iron , S/S Class “K-7” ,150 mm (6”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches ductile Iron , S/S, Class “K-7” ,100 mm (4”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches pipe cast Iron, Class “LA”, 80 mm (3”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 50mm bore GI tubing,medium grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ fixed to wall/ fixed on pillars with medium grade galvanised iron fitting (ISI marked) such as bends, tees, sockets, nipples & unions, flanges etc and connecting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 25mm bore GI tubing,medium grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ fixed to wall/ fixed on pillars with medium grade galvanised iron fitting (ISI marked) such as bends, tees, sockets, nipples & unions, flanges etc and connecting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 20mm bore GI tubing,medium grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ fixed to wall/ fixed on pillars with medium grade galvanised iron fitting (ISI marked) such as bends, tees, sockets, nipples & unions, flanges etc and connecting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Motorized Auguring/drilling under without disturbing road through soil of any type of suitable dia for laying of 150 mm dia DI/CI tubing pipe by using trenchless method. Note :- Shall be mesured only where re-routing is involed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of pipes/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN,150 mm (6.0”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve, heavy duty confirming to IS -778 with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, non rising forged brass spindle class I and fixed with required necessary GI fittings complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve, heavy duty confirming to IS -778 with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, non rising forged brass spindle class I and fixed with required necessary GI fittings complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm X 90 cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching and coping and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 15cm below ground level providing valve pit cover 40x40x6mm angle iron frame all-round fixed by means of 4 Nos holdfast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40x6mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 230x200x100mm incl provn of hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 3mm thick sheet, MS handle of suitable length and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil complete all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, 1100 V, industrial three core copper cable of nominal area of conductor 10 sqmm suitable for monoblock pump motor including fixing in suitable size heavy duty PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fix Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V, 3 phase system having Head Range (m) : 8 to 34 mtr, Discharge (LPS) : 39 to 17.5 , Suction Size 100mm , Delivery Size 100 mm IP55 including all earthwork , PCC Foundation with Iron Frame mounting accessories with connections and fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying / fixing of GI pipe, medium grade (ISI marked) of 100 mm dia connection with pump as in suction/ delivery side etc laid in trenches / fixed on PCC pillars or fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pressure gauge 4"dial 0-14 kgs rating for CI/DI pipe line including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Foot Valve Ball Type conforming to IS 4038 of size 100 mm bore for under ground sump suction pipe including necessary nipple/flange of suitable size including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Non Return Valve Valve conforming to IS 4038 of size 100 mm bore for delivery side pipe including necessary nipple/flange of suitable size including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting cast / ductile iron /MS pipes in position for insertion of new fitting such as Tee, Collar, branches etc, as required for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Fittings shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for CI/ Ductile iron fittings/specials of any type such as Tee, bends, tapers, collars, branch etc for spigot and socket end or one end socket and other end flanged or for both ends flanged type dia upto 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.
