S/R to RD road to Sindurbahal road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion RS using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Construction of embankment with materials obtained from borrowpits with all lead spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet the required table 300-2

Earth work excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the E-I-C.

Filling in F & P with sand watered and rammed. Per 1 cum (Data for 100cum)

Cement Concrete(1:3:6) using 40mm.size C.B. chips including all cost etc complete

Weepholes in brick masonry / plain / RCC abutment , wingwall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe etc. as per item no. 7 of A/R page- 264 .
