   Statutory Variation Clause: SVC will be applicable within original delivery period only against documentary evidence. However in case of increase in taxes or duties on account of increase in turnover or misclassification or misapprehension of law shall not be allowed

   All the bidders/tenders should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/rates are as per GST LAW

   In case the successful renderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act, The railway shall deduct the applicable GST from his/their bills under reverse charge mechanism-RCM and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority

   I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] Special and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

   I/We agree for the following conditions: 1. Quote for and supply only brands registered by Health Directorate, Railway Board, New Delhi. 2. The quoted item is having the valid drug license and is being manufactured at the manufacturing plant as per the revised schedule M amended till date and is having valid GMP/ WHO-GMP. 3. The quoted brand is not found substandard / Nonstandard within three years. 4. The rate quoted is not more than the offered rate to any other Zonal Railway. 5. If any of the details submitted by us is found as incorrect, Railway may initiate any punitive action against our firm including delisting from the approved source and communicating to the other zonal Railways.
