Supplying providing and fixing chain link fencing 2" x 2" using 10 gauge galvanised iron wire mesh of size 2.0 x 1.50m over PCC wall which is stiffened by horizontal MS flat (double flats) of size 30mm width x 6mm and fixed to MS ISA 75x75x8 mm of height 2.00m c/c and fixed on the concrete wall and welded to angles at site as directed by the departmental officer. the rate including welding, fixing, painting etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Conveying the excavated silt in unhygienic & insanitary conditions to the dunmping yard or low lying areas as directed by the field Engineer’s by deploying the earth moving machinery, hydraulic excavator, tippers & other mechanical devices including the cost of hire charges for machinery, with cost of skilled operators with helper & cleaners, including leveling etc.. Conveyance by roads in plains 0 to 10 km including Loading Unloading and transportation charges.
Providing and laying in position, standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in Accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, of 20mm machine curshed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m) 5156Kg.of 10-12mm Machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 Cu.m) 7670Kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with th requirement of IS Standards. (No Separate Payment will be made by the Deparment for the excess usage of materials)
Drilling holes 32mm dia in existing concrete/RR masonry for placing anchor rod etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
Grouting the holes of 32mm dia with w/c ratio of 0.33 in the existing body wall provided at a spacing of 80cmc/c in a staggered manner in the vertical surface for fixing anchor rod of 16mm dia RTS of 1m length in a such position that 60cm length embeded into the masonry wall at a downward inclination of 5 degree to the horizontal and 40cm length projected and bend outside the wall including cleaning the drilled holes fixing the rod and other incidential charges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
Supplying and filling Gravel of thickness 150mm for Longitudinal and Transverse drains below the Concrete bed etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
Supplying and filling 20mm to 40mm metal of thickness required thickness for Longitudinal and Transverse drains below the Concrete bed etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
Dewatering using 15HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work.
