Cement concrete of design mix of M10 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 10N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 40mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using the minimum quantity of cement about 2.07 Qntl per cum (as per nominal mix)of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved drawing , specification and direction of the Engineer in charge

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling then after specified date of casting and disposal of debries, clearing of work site including cost , conveyance, taxes, royalty of all materials with all labour, T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Labour charges for straightening, coiled or bend up TMT bars of tested and approved quality, cutting, bending, lapping, slitting , welding etc and confirming I.S. Specification and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills and placing in position in ties chairs and spaces as required for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot including all cost and conveyance of TMT bars of SAIL / TATA / approved make and binding wire, T&P and supervision charges, taxes of all materials excluding GST but including cess etc complete as per design, drawing and direction of the Engineer-In-charge
