Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Supplying and laying of stone soling/boulders hand packed tightly including ramming, watering and carriages complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, excluding cost of centring, shuttering and finishing. 4.5.3: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering incl strutuing proping etc and removal of form work

P/A 12mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1cement:6fine sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, inluding cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Carraige of coarse aggregate, 20 mm from Source to Site.

Carraige of Fine aggregate from Source to Site.

Add provisions for signboard, Photographes and other unforseen items.
