Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Chain link fencing wire, any type complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including door gates etc complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving exceeding 15cm thickness but above above ground floors complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided complete.as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in loose/ soft soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exeeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft & loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layer in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete.

Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engieer -in-Charge : Make : Jindal , Tata and equivalent .

Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thik of an colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make : Jindal , Tata and equivalent .

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge,thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation/filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires 100x100 mm mesh size, 10 gauge galvinised mild steel to any type of standards, rail, straining bolts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing , galvinised mild steel of mesh any size and type complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia or over, cut to length, bend to shape required, fixed independently to support chain link fencing complete all as specified. Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint white or tinted over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
