Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work but excluding steel-reinforcement centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth. (HSR10.79)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls (10 cm to 20 cm thickness) straight and curved excluding steel reinforcement but including centering and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects. (HSR10.87)

Providing and laying 80 mm thick interlocking paver block of all shapes and colors in design mix cement M-35 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.159)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 /FE-500D grade or more for RCC work ,where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straighting, bending, binding, wastage, overlap, welded joints, spacer bar, chairs, stays, hanger and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights / depths / storeys / basements etc. (HSR-18.22 amended)

Laying out fly ash Brick Work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth including loading, unloading, stacking, carriage within lead of 8 km ( fly ash brick to be provided by HPGCL).(N.S. item)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres. (DSR 16.1)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine. (DSR 16.43.1) Note:- 1. Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately 2. The ISI marked OPC 53 Grade Cement will be used and arranged by the Contractor/Agency at his own cost. JK, J&T, Laxmi, Ambuja, Birla, Lafarge make are preferred. 3. The design mix will be going approved by the agency from Engineer-in-charge at least 15 day in advance. The samples will be given by the agency free of cost

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (DSR 16.4)

Supplying, stacking and Spreading 6 mm thick red bajri, watering and rolling complete including preparation of the surface and rolling. With road roller/ hand roller (DSR 16.6.1)

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion per cm depth joints. (DSR 16.45)

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. Using grade ‘A’ sealing compound. (DSR 16.46.1)

Extra for providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturer’s specification in cement concrete. (DSR 16.44)
