Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or Hard/dense soil for shaft, walls, cesspts, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply,Laying of XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make: Havells, Polycab,CCI)

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation for PCC poles/struts including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for pedestal/coping/plinth of poles, including necessary form work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair LT 1100 Volt pin type porcelain/ vitreous china, white, brown, or green insulator hight 100 mmx 65mm dia, grade incl. one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make : Jaipuria Brothers/ABB/Pactil).

S&F in repair shackle insulator, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator height 100 mmx 115 mm max dia grade including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulators bolts, washers and nuts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Make : Jaipuria Brothers/ABB/Pactil).

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size from LT/HT pole complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing the retreaved ACSR all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing aluminium conductor steel reinforced [ACSR] straining properly on insulators on PCC pole 9 mtr long and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire, connectors, jumpers etc including taking down old ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge of required size.

Opening the binding wire from pin / shackle insulator on steel/PCC pole of any height for re-stretching the ACSR conductor , after re-stretching without kinks & bends, binding the pin / shackle insulator with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire complete all specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge. NOTE: (i) The above work includes clearing/ prooning of tree branches falling around the conductors. (ii) Cost of binding wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate ,No extra amount will be paid.

Opening the binding wire from "J" hook or opening nut, bolts of cross arms on steel/PCC pole of any height for re-stretching the galvanised iron earth wire any size, after re-stretching without kinks & bend , binding the "J" hook with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire or fixing with appropriate size of nut, bolts, washers complete all specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge. NOTE: (i) Cost of binding wire / nut bolts and washers deemed to be included in the quoted rate, No extra amount will be paid.

M & L for stay assembly comprising of 16 mm dia,1.80 meter long galvanized stay rod,having 7/3.15 mm GI stay wire stranded and 230 mm x 230 mm x 6 mm thick stay plate,complete all as shown on electric plate No.1 of SSR part-I 2009 with and including all necessary fittings/accessories like loop insulators,stay clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Scrubbing the old paint and prepare the smooth surface of PCC pole with the help of wire brush and emery paper. Painting of PCC pole upto 1.5 mtr above ground level and making alternative strip in black and white colour of 30 cm each (Total - 05 Nos) with synthetic enamel paint including marking and writing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of steel tubular pole from ground level to top with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and making alternative strip in black and white colour of 30 cm each (Total - 05 Nos) with synthetic enamel paint including marking and writing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion with earth chamber and test point terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing unsv non-functional/broken hinges of any description and in any postiion of existing feeder piller boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 100mm long medium weight mild steel but hines in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangments complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : All Hinges fixed in one panel will be considred under one job only )

Taking down or removing of rusted body part/panel door existing LT Panel feeder pillar box of any size and shap, supply, fixing and febrication in existing, shap and size with and including 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and all jointing material such as nuts, bolts or washer and welding etc.

NOTE : (i) The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof/wemin proof for installing incoming/outgoing MCCB/Switch fuses/cable etc complete all as directed. (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, levelling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box/panel board. (iii) The replaced porting shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) The rates quoted by the contrqactor deemed to be with and including dismantling/taking out/removing carefully, any damaed part/portion of the feeder pillar box/panel board as directed.

Preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces fo feeder pillar boxes/panels/boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrpping or by blow stopping as required and applying tow coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M, getting out returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 C2 40 mm graded in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in facing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chanrge.

M&Lin repair for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410 -W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair Mild steel screw boltss (machine made) 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only in repair Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only in repair chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire all as pecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthatic enamel paints including one coat or primer on new surfaces of any description over in width or girth not otherwise described.

Supply and fixing in repair Mild steel sliding door bolts 300 mm length, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and njuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair butt hinges 100mm, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
