Supply and fix plastic body exhaust fan, AC single phase, 240 V of size 250 mm sweep with louvers including necessary connection and replacement of flexible copper cable from ceiling rose and taking down of old unserviceable fan complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down Ceiling fan of any size/sweep for replacing bearing, bush or for rewinding after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire incl. cleaning dust, oiling greasing, servicing and replacing bearing, gun metal bush, rubber reel with clamp and nut-bolt, washer, lock pin, excellation gear sytem, boby painting etc as existing including connecting flexible 3 core cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and connected to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore &15 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe , wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar, GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule 2009, Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for copper strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/wall conductors and down conductors above the ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for circuit /submain wiring with two single core 4.0 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-strand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC non metallic concealed conduit of suitable dia with all fitting and accessories including 1 x 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-strand FRLSH copper conductor earth wire incl cutting chasis & marking good to disturbed surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed Note: Two run of single core cable and one run of earth wire will be mearsured as one length.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure have Metal clad plug & socket two pin and earth with MCB SP 10 Amps C-curve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Geyser (water storage heater) of capacity 25 ltr, 5 star rating with 2KW heating element including fixing on the wall with 12 mm dia x 100 mm long GI fastner, nut and bolt by grouting at required position including testing on completion including making all necessary water supply and electric supply connections to water Geyser from existing point and inclusive of making good to distrubed surface with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix hot water outlet connection made of brass chromium plated with union rubber washer suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe for water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chemical earthing with copper pipe electrode 3 meter long having outer pipe dia 80 mm and inner pipe dia 50 mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentosite 40%, copper sulphate 20% Gypsum 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zink sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150mm dia surrounded by soil friendly back fill compound non solube in water including connection with copper earth strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 mtr , making pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) of size 0.3 mtr x 0.3 mtr (inner size) with 40 mm thick cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways including testing as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC connection heavy duty with brass/PTMT nuts of reqd length not exceeding 300mm with rubber & PVC washer suitable for 15mm bore GI Pipe for cold water,complete all as specified and directed.
