CA NO CE CHZ CHM T 12 2026 27 PROVISION OF ROOF TOP SOLAR PLANTS TOTALLING 500 kW AT CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT CHANDIMANDIR

Survey, design, procure, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning including connecting to local utility grid; Roof top On-grid Solar Photovoltaic Plant of Total Cap 400 KWp on and including the structure for Car Parking, Cantillever type Carport ,Solar Photovoltaic Modules, DC Cabling, Module Mounting Structures, Array Combining Boxes, Lightning Protection of SPV modules including all necessary accessories, central inverter as power conditioning unit, weather station and data monitoring system all as per latest MNRE/IREDA guidelines and directions, meeting the Domestic Content Requirement (DCR), consisting of all requisite accessories (BOS-Balance of System) at the following locations : - LOCATIONS:- (a) HQ Western Command Multi Level Car Parking - 300 KWp (b) KOI Car Parking - 100 KWp 1. It should include the following main components:- (a) Mono Bifacial (Topcon N type), DCR, of minimum cap 585Wp / 590 Wp (module power), and number of modules to be selected according to available car parking area/Rooftop area. (b) Provision of Copper earthing and earth strip / cable etc for earthing of solar PV modules/ arrays etc as per latest IS/MNRE & IREDA norms to be provided. (c) Junction Boxes of suitable specifications and Nos (as per design)/ OEM recommendations. (d) DC Cables of Suitable sizes and specifications including laying in UPVC/HDPE pipe of suitable size/Earth/ on wall / alongwith MS cable trays. (e) Module Mounting Structure (MMS) : Design, procure, fabrication, fixing, super elevated Car Parking Structure with specification as per the OEM, suitable for erecting the Solar Power Plant of asked capacity on top of it, as per the site conditions. (f) Lightning Protection for PV Array : Design, procure and fix lighting arrestor system cofirming to IS/ IEC-62305 (Part 1 - 4) on the roofs including all the necessary equipments like Copper strips upto earth test point, etc. (g) Inverter / Power Conditioning Unit : Design Procure, fixing, testing and commissioning of Solar power inverter of suitable capacity as per the plant capacity of the suitable specification as per the OEM.

(h) Balance of System (BOS) Items/ Components as per the MNRE guide lines. (j) Bi-Directional Energy Meter with CTs & PTs of suitable size and specifications at each location. (k) Centrally located at one location(as per the directions of the GE ) Real Time Data Monitoring System , Data Logger, Data Station, Weather Monitoring System including required Sensors for Temperature and Wind Speed. The Major Components shall meet the following requirements :- 2. SOLAR PV MODULES: (a) IS / Relevant Codes :- The PV modules must confirm to the latest edition of IEC/ equivalent BIS Standards for for PV module design qualification and type approval: (i) Monocrystalline Half-Cut TOPCon N-Type Bifacial modules: IEC 61215, IEC TS 60904-1-2, IEC 62804-1 / IS14286. (ii) In addition, the modules must confirm to IEC 61730 Part 1-requirements for construction & Part 2- requirements for testing for safety qualification or Equivalent IS PV modules corrosive atmosphere : IEC-61701 / BIS 61701 and PV modules in sandy environment : IEC-600068-2-68 (b) Specifications of PV module : (i) Silicon Crystalline SPV cells shall be used in the Solar Photovoltaic module. (ii) Minimum Peak power Rating 545 W (iii) Minimum Module efficiency - 21.13 %. (iv) Fill Factor - 0.7. (v) Performance ratio - greater than 75%. (vi) Transmittance - Above 90%.. (vii) Bending - Less than 0.3% (viii) Minimum current Imp – 12.98 A (ix) Minimum voltage Vmp – 42.01 V

(x) Minimum short circuit current Isc – 13.59 A. (xi) Minimum open circuit Voltage Voc – 49.91 V. (xii) It shall be made of high transitivity glass and front surface shall give high encapsulation gain. (xiii) Standard size and weight as per NISE. (xiv) Mc4 connector as per requrement. (c) RF identification tag (RFID) Each PV module must use a RF identification tag (RFID), which must contain the following information: (i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module. (ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells (iii) Month and year of the manufacture (separately for solar cells and module)

(iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module)- Made in India only (DCR type). (v) I-V curve for the module. (vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module. (vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module. (viii) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate. (ix) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and module as per ISO 9000 series. (x) Mono Bi- facial (Top CON N type) low iron tempered glass 3.2 mm thick, made of anodized aluminum alloy (6063,temper T5, silver colour), junction box confirming to IP 68. NOTE: RFID shall be mandatorily place inside the module laminate.

(d) Junction boxes : Supply and fix junction boxes of suitable nos (as per design)/OEM recommendations inputs and suitably rated output having separate DC fuses for both (+) & (-) on input and isolator on output terminal for each string. Each junction box must have a spare input terminal. The junction boxes shall be dust and vermin proof and water proof of FRP/Thermo plast with IP 65 protection in compliance with IEC 62208 and shall be UV resistant, fire retardant. It shall have surge protection and maintenance free earthing as per relevant standard. The junction box shall have suitable arrangement of the following:- (a) The strings are requird to be connected to the copper bus bar through individual fuses. (b) Provide arrangement for disconnection (DC dis-connection switch) fo each SJB/SCB. (c) Provide a test point for each sub group for quick fault location and to provide group array isolation. (d) Each array box shall be of relevant IEC standard. (e) Each array junction box shall have suitable bypass & reverse blocking diodes for maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V with suitable arrangement of its connection. Reverse blocking and bypass diodes shall work for extreme temperatures and shall have efficiency of 99.98% confirmed by appropriate IEC standard.

(e) General requirements for PV module: (i) PV modules must qualify (enclose test report/ certificate from IEC /NABL accredited laboratory) as per relevant IEC standard.Additionally the performance of PV modules at STC conditions must be tested and approved by one of the IEC/NABL Accredited Testing Laboratories. Qualification certificate from IEC/NABL accredited laboratory as per relevant standard for any of the higher wattage regular module should be accompanied with the STC report/ certificate. For details of Test Labs refer Ministry of New And Renewable Energy(MNRE) website. The report submitted should not be older than 5 years. (ii) PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. If not then the SPV will replace immediately without any cost. (iii) All materials used shall have a proven history of reliability and stable operation in external application. It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity up to 85% + 5% with temperatures between (-) 10o C and (+) 85o C and shall withstand gust up to 200km/hour on the surface of the panel. Each and every SPV module shall be checked for conformity with relevant standard and no negative tolerance shall be accepted. (iv) The interconnected cells shall be laminated in vacuum to withstand adverse environmental conditions. (v) The module frame is made of corrosion resistant materials,having aluminum anodized finish with suitable minimum thickness as per designer/OEM. (vi) The minimum clearance between the lower edge of the modules and the roof level shall be 600 mm. All the panels shall have provision to tilt angle of the latitude as per the proposed location.

GRID TIED INVERTER : Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning Solar Grid Connected multistring type inverter of minimum of suitable capacity in suitable Nos as per OEM/design(Total capacity of inverters shall not be less than 400 kWp)( 300 KW for HQWC car parking solar, 100 KW for KOI Solar car parking), invertor shall designed to give maximum yield for installed capacity , three phase, AC operated complete with following features complete all as per specified and directed following data / details. (a) General Specifications : (i) BIS / IEC Certified (ii) Built -in DC Switch (iii) LCD /LED Display (iv) Communication : Network logistics and string system (v) Warranty - 10 Yrs (vi) Safety Standards (vii) BIS Certified (viii) MPPT trackers (b) INPUT DATA DC : (i) Max recommended DC power should be 50% more than the inverter capacity. (ii) Max DC volts - 1000 V, start up voltage - 200 V.

(iii) MPPT range - 180 V - 1000 V. (iv) Rated input voltage - 625 V (c) OUT PUT DATA AC: (i) Nominal Output Voltage: 415 V. AC DB : Outdoor type powder coated weather proof, vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet front openable door, locking arrangement, including suitable working space in AC DB busbar chamber, cable box chamber including copper busbar of designed capacity / bus raisers suitable capacities with PVC sleeves/ tape RYB colour for phases identification, including all bus raiser shall be extend upto cable box chamber fixed on fibre insulation for RYB & neutral to all out going cable, confirming to IP-65 and fixed on wall / floor with control wiring with comprising cable gland brass, copper lugs etc. and comprising the following as per design :- (i) MCCB 4P Adjustable Thermal and magnetic for outgoing (ii) MCCB 4P Adjustable Thermal and magnetic for incoming (iii) AC type 2 Surge Protection Device. (iv) Spreader Terminals as per requirement . (v) Multifunction meter . (vi) CT of ratio 630/5 Amps. (vii) Copper busbar chamber .

(ii) Fuse as per requrement. (iii) Copper busbar chamber .
