CERTAIN REPAIRS/ MAINT WORKS TO CERTAIN MD/OTM ACCN AT MIL STN BHUSAWAL UNDER GE (S) AHILYANAGAR

M&L for cleaning of service tank upto 500 ltrs capacity by removing all scale, dirt, silt, mud etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes including washing of tank internally with bleaching powder after removing scale dirt mud ec from tank and removing algae outside from tank from below bottom of tank and disinfecting tank by spraying sodium hypo chlorite solution in tank writing down date of cleaning on tank by synthetic enamel paint size of alphabet/numerical shall be minimum 7 cm using stencils complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall include dismantling and refixing of water tank and check float valve refixed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 500 litres capacity, tripple layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball valve PTMT high pressure float valve with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed to iron pipe and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm float valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 20 mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16 mm outer dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & brass CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete including taking down old GI pipe 15mm bore all as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning and re-fixing the 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings (new) and fixed (concealed) complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note. The rate of cutting chases and making good the surface is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor)

S&F 20 mm outer dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & brass CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete including taking down old GI pipe 20mm bore all as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning and re-fixing the 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings (new) and fixed (concealed) complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note. The rate of cutting chases and making good the surface is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor)
