Construction of STPs (Zone-I) Survey,Design, site development, construction ,supplying, Installation, hydraulic Testing & Commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant of 1.00 MLD based on MBBR Technology consisting of; Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Treatment Units as per the design requirement of CPHEEO Manual, relevant IS codes etc. alongwith necessary piping work with required valves, gates, drains, path ways, tools and plants complete as turnkey job with all involved Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical works to achieve latest CPCB/ HPPCB / CPHEEO discharge standards PH= 6.5 -8.5, BOD < 10ppm, COD< 50 ppm, TSS < 10 ppm, Total-N<10 ppm, Total Phosphorous PO4-P <1 ppm & Faecal coliform < 230. The cost shall include provision for disposal of sludge, treated effluent disposal arrangements from STP to near by drain, construction of boundary wall, internal roads/path, lighing arragements, landscaping, MCC panel room, 4 No. CCTV cameras, transformer, DG Set & all other contingent; Electrical, Mechanical, Piping & Instrumentation works at Sewage Treatment Plant. All ancillary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account, including trial run for 12 months alongwith defect liability period as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge... (Refer Vol-II, of specification)
Operation and maintainance of the above STP including its network from each household connection chamber, sewerage network, intermediate pumping stations, wetwell, pumps, rising mains, manholes, flushing tanks, all STP components including civil, electrical, mechnical, instrumentation, DG sets including fuel, lighting arrangements, waste water testing laboratary, landscaping, gardening all ancillary works. The O&M shall include cost of minimum labour defind under operating procedure, cost of chemicals, minor repair of wornout/damaged parts of civil, electrical, mechnical and instrumentation equipments. The effluent standards laid down by the statutary bodies shall be strictly followed failing which penelities as specifed in general terms and consditions shall be levid. The sewerage scheme shall be run as per the terms and conditions laid down herein in the operating procedure and Sewerage manual Part-B of CPHEEO for a period of 5 years.

Intermediate Pumping Stations and Supply of Power: Designing, Constructing, testing and commissioning wetwell of 7359 litre capacity in M30 concrete at intermeadiate pumping station including Screening Chamber of suitable size, inlet box and pump chamber over the tank, complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Refer Vol-II, of specification).
