Maintenance and repair to existing street / perimeter security lights fittings / solar lights etc of any type / size/ wattage from date of work order / physically handing over site to contractor as nature the work is of urgent requirement keeping security of areas and any specifications, fittings / fixed of poles, buildings or watching towers of any heights, finding faults in LT feeder and light fittings, liasoning with connectioning sub station of MES, reporting to concerned JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge about the faults complete manpower for repair including rectifying the same by replacing defective spare parts as per direction by concerned JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge at various location complete all as specified and directed for OTM accn at Janglot Note :- 1. Spare parts of light fitting / fitting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A' as supply only as per requirement for repair / replacement however providing manpower on daily basis as quoted above.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only LED street light driver of capacity 25 to 40 watt, make of LED driver as per suitable light fitting of make and type as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only LED street light driver of capacity 45 to 60 watt, make of LED driver as per suitable light fitting of make and type as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only LED street light driver of capacity 70 to 100 watt, make of LED driver as per suitable light fitting of make and type as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old U/S damaged street light fittings and M & L for Providing street light fitting of capacity 90 Watt LED fitting,5700 K made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 complete including 2 RM, 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm copper wire for each light fitting , complete all as specified and directed.Make-Wipro ,cat part no : LR02-102-XXX-57-G2 / Cromton ,cat part no :TRP-425-90-57-HL2-LM-NBK/Orient,cat part no : LSFS-090-C/Polycab,cat part no: PCGLS C4 90 W complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old U/S damaged street light fittings and M & L for Providing street light fitting of capacity 60 Watt LED fitting,5700 K new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embeddedPC cover with IP-65 protection and impact resistance of IK07 complete including 2 RM, 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm copper wire for each light fitting etc complete all as specified and directed. Taking out old U/S damaged flood light fittings and M & L for Providing LED Flood Light luminaire in pressure die-cast aluminium housing with IP66 protection of capcity 100 watts, 230 volts, 50 Hz, area lighting including 100 watts LEDs and driver .Make of flood light: Havells Cat Part JETALEGANZAFLS100WLED757P60DTOTG/ Cromton ,cat part no :TFS-504-70-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG/Orient,cat part no : LFSMU-100-C complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of three core copper conductor multi-stranded type PVC insulated and sheathed of 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade and connected to the street light from over head line or Junction boxes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor of size 16 Sqmm served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspensions wire wire including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor of size 10 Sqmm served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspensions wire wire including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for XPLE insulated screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip & wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm, 4 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel / bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert including taking out existing cables,complete all as specified and directed. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil, sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item).

Supply and fixing for XPLE insulated screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip & wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm, 4 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel / bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert including taking out existing cables,complete all as specified and directed. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil, sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item).

Supply and fixing for XPLE insulated screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip & wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade of size 50 sqmm, 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel / bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert including taking out existing cables, complete all as specified and directed. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in, removal of soil, sand cushioning, brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item).

Supply and fix GI pipe ( Light grade ) for protection of LT cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 50 mm bore , including takingout old pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying of approved quality sand under cable upto 15cm before laying the cable and 8cm over the cable after laying, punned down to overall thickness of 18cm in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness shall be measured)

Material and labour for well burnt, old size Sub Class 'B' brick for covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in Replacement of junction box of minimum size 30cm (height) x 20 cm (width) x 15 cm (depth) made of steel sheet 1.6 mm thick duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer having aluminium bus bar 4 Nos of capacity 63 Amps with minimum 04 Set of nuts, bolts & washers on each busbar mounted on porcelain/PVC insulator having 01 No MCB, SP, 16 Amps. Junction box shall be fixed on pole & including suitable ,MS strip, nuts, bolts & washers suitable for bottom entry of cable of size upto 25 sqmm including suitable cable glands, thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Off load change over switch four pole with sheet metal enclosure of capacity 63 Amps , 415 Volts, AC with necessary nuts, bolts and washers including necessary electric connections incl taking down old complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement Off load change over switch four pole with sheet metal enclosure of capacity 100 Amps , 415 Volts,Ac with necessary nuts, bolts and washers including necessary electric connections incl taking down old complete all as specified and directed

S&F of bracket made out of 1.5M long 25mm dia light grade galvanished iron steel tubing for fixing light fitting all as specified and directed including dismantling taking out old U/S complete all as specified and directed .
